Mobile Policy Information
• Valid card on file required.
• At least 24 hours' notice for cancellation/rescheduling.
• Mobile policy states a 50% service fee for no-shows, with emergency waivers considered case by case.
• Current rabies vaccination documentation required.
• Pets must be healthy, manageable and able to stand unaided.
• Medium-to-large dogs must be able to access the van independently.
• Large geriatric dogs unable to access the van may not qualify.
• The supplied policy excludes certain giant breeds such as Great Pyrenees and Saint Bernards, and heavy-shedding Huskies and Malamutes, from mobile service.
• Doodles and similar breeds receive a complimentary meet-and-greet before service or a pricing estimate.
• Owners should have dogs ready at arrival and provide gate/access instructions as needed.
• Customers must review/sign the Policies and Procedures Agreement.
• Pets should be free of fleas and ticks; parasite treatment/disinfection fees may apply.
• Severe matting may result in additional fees.
